(This is an analytics role, not a Product Manager role.) You'll own our understanding of how people actually use our product. We're a B2B SaaS startup, live with real customers, and there's more happening in our product data than anyone currently has time to look at. Your job is to find the patterns — what makes a customer stick, what quietly loses them, where the next unit of revenue is hiding — and turn those into decisions the team acts on.
