Description Data Analysis and Professional Coaching • Provides professional coaching to teachers and support staff to improve their data analysis skills in the assigned subject area. • Guides instructional staff in analyzing assessment data to implement appropriate Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions for the lowest-performing students. • Produces testing data analysis and growth reports and delivers them to building leadership and Teacher-Based Teams at least quarterly during the school year. • Drafts streamlined one-page overviews of data and assessment responsibilities for instructional staff to ensure clarity and consistency in data practices.
