New York Software Engineer Job Postings Rise 70%

New York added seven hundred job postings for software engineers in the last 28 days, a seventy percent rise from the previous period. The total number of new postings in the state was three hundred thirty four. This change reflects an increase from one hundred ninety six postings in the prior 28 day window.

This rise may be attributed to several factors. Employers like JPMorgan Chase posted one hundred five software engineer roles, potentially indicating increased hiring needs. Other companies such as M&T Bank and Paramount also contributed to the overall number of postings.

Nationally, software engineer job postings saw a sixty two percent increase in the same 28 day period, with five thousand three hundred thirty five new postings. Texas saw a surge of one hundred eleven percent, and California experienced a sixty seven percent rise. Ohio also posted one hundred twenty percent more roles.
