Software engineer job postings in the US increased by sixty percent over the past twenty-eight days, with seven thousand one hundred sixty new postings recorded. This rise follows a period where four thousand four hundred eighty-four postings were observed.

Among individual companies, L3Harris Technologies saw its software engineer job postings surge by two hundred twenty-two percent, from forty postings to one hundred twenty-nine. JPMorgan Chase posted fifty percent more jobs, reaching one thousand five hundred seventy, while Emerson added fifty-one percent more postings, totaling two hundred forty-eight.

The increase at L3Harris Technologies may be due to new project requirements or expansion in specific areas like Florida, where thirty-seven postings were noted. Other companies such as RTX and Northrop Grumman Mission Systems, Inc. also saw substantial rises in their software engineer job postings, with increases of one hundred five percent and ninety-one percent respectively.
