Spectrumhealth Job Postings Rise in Michigan

Overall new job postings in Michigan fell nineteen percent in the week ending October tenth, with eight thousand six hundred five postings compared to ten thousand six hundred eighty four the week before. This marks a fall in new job postings across the state.

Within this period, Spectrumhealth added job postings, rising thirteen percent from two hundred fifty to two hundred eighty two. The Kroger Co. also saw a rise in postings, up seven percent from three hundred seventy five to four hundred three.

Conversely, Ford Global saw job postings fall thirty seven percent, from six hundred seven to three hundred eighty one. Howmet Aerospace experienced a plunge of fifty seven percent in postings, from seven hundred forty two to three hundred seventeen.

These shifts may reflect changes in employer hiring strategies or the impact of specific recruitment drives. The emergence of Henry Ford Health with two hundred eighty four new postings, previously having zero, could also be a factor in the overall change.
