Oregon tech job postings surge 195%

Tech job postings in the US saw a rise of one hundred fifty two percent in the last four weeks. Oregon experienced a surge of one hundred ninety five percent, adding twelve thousand thirty nine job postings in the most recent period. Puerto Rico saw postings rise two hundred thirty four percent and Maine saw postings rise two hundred eighteen percent.

This growth in Oregon may be driven by increased demand for tech talent. It could also reflect a broader seasonal hiring pattern. The number of postings may also be influenced by changes in how job boards are crawled.

Looking ahead, the increase in postings suggests continued employer activity in the tech sector. This could indicate a positive outlook for job seekers in the coming period. The data covers the four weeks leading up to October tenth, two thousand twenty six.
