BNY posts one hundred percent rise in DevOps Engineer job openings

BNY added job postings for DevOps Engineers in the US, with a one hundred percent rise in the last 28 days. This follows a period where BNY posted six such roles, compared to the twelve posted in the most recent period. The total number of new postings for this role across the US increased by forty six percent.

JPMorgan Chase posted six percent fewer DevOps Engineer roles, falling from one hundred and twelve to one hundred and five. Booz Allen Hamilton added job postings for DevOps Engineers, with a twenty percent rise. Akamai saw a surge in postings, with one hundred and eighty three percent more roles added compared to the previous period.

The increase at BNY may be due to a need for enhanced cloud infrastructure management. It could also reflect a strategic expansion of their technology teams to support new projects. The rise in postings for DevOps Engineers across the US might be a reflection of growing demand for specialized IT talent.
