Key Responsibilities Provide pre-sales technical support for key overseas data center accounts, partnering closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to advance major customers, key projects, and strategic opportunities. Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and support technical communication, solution matching, product selection, configuration recommendations, and technical clarification.
