Your impact At Free Market Health, our mission is to never let the process fail the patient. We build the platform that connects payers and specialty pharmacies and routes specialty medication referrals, so patients get the therapy they need. We're looking for a senior engineer who enjoys building great software and helping a team ship it together. As a Team Lead, you'll spend most of your time hands-on: designing, building, and running production software. You'll also guide your team's delivery, shaping the work, clearing blockers, and keeping everyone moving in the same direction.
