JOB SUMMARY The Sr. Analyst, RCM Analytics produces reliable RCM reports and explains what the numbers mean. The role maintains recurring reporting, checks data for accuracy, investigates performance changes, and gives leaders clear information they can use to improve cash, reimbursement, turnaround time, productivity, quality, and payer performance. This role reports to the Director, RCM Strategy & Analytics, or designee. The Sr. Analyst is expected to move beyond sending spreadsheets.
