About You Loop's systems team owns the layer everything else runs on. Volume through our platform is growing faster than the current architecture was designed for, and closing that gap is the job. You will work close to the code while thinking deeply about scalability and performance, spending your time on system design, database and runtime performance, and observability. You will need to understand how and why our product features work, without necessarily building new ones yourself.
