About the Role and Team As a Software Engineer II on CEE, you will build the systems that decide how much infrastructure Uber needs, where it runs, and what it costs. Our capacity planning platform turns business demand forecasts into resource plans, targets, and quotas across compute, storage, and data infrastructure, so engineering teams can ship without over-provisioning and Finance can trust the numbers. The problems here are messy and the systems are global. Demand is uncertain, cost attribution spans many systems, and plans get revised every forecast cycle.
