Job Description The role: ServiceNow is looking for a Senior Staff Inbound Product Manager to own and build a new AI tool suite that shows a customer exactly where agentic AI will pay off in their business: the highest ROI workflows to agentify, whether their data is ready and build AI tools to fix it, and demonstrate the projected return.
