Job Description The Senior Product Manager is a key member of the Nordstrom Inventory Product Management team, responsible for establishing and executing against a strategic capability roadmap for OS&D (Overages, Shortages & Damages) — Nordstrom's end-to-end exception management capability across the inbound supply chain. This role plays a critical function in unlocking carrier claims recovery, reducing vendor chargeback disputes, eliminating manual paper-based workflows, and improving inventory accuracy across the receiving network.
