Job Responsibilities Lead the Data Management, HR payment(non-payroll) and Claims Administration functions in HR Shared Services. Accountable for SLA deliverables and achievement of Data & Transaction Sections workplan. Serve as the Data Steward for HR system and Product Owner for Pfile Digitalization including overseeing vendors, payment and Pfile server related matters. Oversee the coordination of digital transformation initiatives within HR Shared Services. Manage projects, streamline processes and drive continuous improvement.
