ROLE SUMMARY The CFC (Customer-Facing Colleagues – the pharmaceutical sales reps out in the field) Product Manager is a new role within the CRM Product team directly reporting to the CRM CFC Business Product Leader within the Chief Marketing Office (CMO). This is a high-visibility role, owning the end-to-end success of our CRM platform supporting HCP/HCO-facing colleagues (CFC) globally, across all brands representing the needs for Commercial Sales, KAM, Access and Medical user groups.
