The Senior Data Governance Manager is a strategic leader within Catalight’s Enterprise Data & Analytics organization, responsible for establishing, operationalizing, and maturing enterprise-wide data governance capabilities across the organization’s healthcare, analytics, and AI/ML ecosystems. Reporting to the Director of Data & Analytics, this role serves as the primary authority for data governance, data stewardship, metadata management, data quality, and regulatory compliance related to HIPAA, PII, and PHI.
