Position Summary The PFM Data Analytics Manager will provide specialized analytical and managerial support for public financial management (PFM), fiduciary risk, and G2G verification activities in Uganda. Reporting to the Director of Data and Information Systems, the Manager will work closely with the Lead, Health Sector PFM & Fiduciary Risk Assessment, translating PFM, financial, HRIS, and program data into actionable evidence on fund flows, disbursement, expenditure, performance, and risk at national and subnational levels.
