About the Role As a Product Manager – Population Health, you will own a defined product area, workflow, or set of capabilities within Atlas, Innovaccer's Population Health platform. You will drive your product area from discovery through delivery and adoption, solving meaningful population health problems and delivering measurable outcomes for healthcare organizations.
