About the Role Ash is seeking a Product Manager, Member Engagement to join our Platform team. In this role, you'll own the member engagement product roadmap including email, SMS, and AI-powered voice outreach from channel logic and configuration to performance measurement and iteration. You'll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and the marketing team to deliver high-quality member engagement content. This role is foundational as outreach is the first and often only chance to reach members who've been missed by traditional care.
