Job Description The Product Manager, Benefits Strategy — Core Care Delivery owns plan design, ROI cases, and roadmap priorities for Care.com's operationally complex, highest-revenue benefit lines: Backup Care, Care Specialists, Care Membership, and Care Center Solutions. These four lines drive roughly 93% of Enterprise benefits revenue and run on a national delivery network of care providers — this is a defend-and-scale mandate, not a build-from-zero one.
