About the role: The Lead PLC Control Technician serves as the on-site technical authority for PLC field execution, supervising assigned technicians and owning technical readiness for PLC commissioning, SCADA/HMI integration, processor redundancy, industrial networking, documentation quality, safety, and turnover readiness.
