POSITION SUMMARY The Mgr, Ops Risk Analytics plays a pivotal role in safeguarding company assets and profitability by reducing exposure to risks such as theft, food cost management /waste and labor management. They analyze restaurant P&Ls and operating systems to develop strategies to mitigate risks and partner with field operations to help address restaurant opportunities.
