Role Summary Each day, people download the NOCD app looking for help for their OCD. Many of them are still learning about what they’re experiencing and how to get care. As part of this role, you’ll deeply understand what they’re struggling with, what may be holding them back from treatment, and what information, guidance, and experiences can help them take the next step. You’ll use those insights to lead and build custom, personalized experiences including product flows, content, and lifecycle journeys that we share via our app and owned marketing channels.
