The Operational Mapping Program is an enterprise-wide initiative responsible for designing, managing and governing the Firm's inventory of business processes and operational dependencies. The program underpins critical regulatory and risk management use cases, including Business Continuity Management (BCM), Operational Resilience, Recovery & Resolution Planning (RRP), and Non-Financial Risk assessments.
