ABOUT FREEFLOW Freeflow is building AI Agents for P&C Insurance Carriers. We’re starting by solving a customer problem that has strong pull from our industry contacts: Claims auditing. Today, carriers audit a small percentage of claims. They do these audits manually, inconsistently, and often too late to drive meaningful outcomes on key business metrics like Loss Ratio, Customer Satisfaction, or Claims Capacity.
