Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Actively participate in workshops and meetings to document and analyze business requirements for the new HRIS. Collaborate with HR teams and other departments to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Assist in identifying and defining key system configurations, workflows, and integrations. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate system functionality against business requirements.
