Director, Total Rewards The Director, Total Rewards provides enterprise leadership for the strategy, design, governance, and effectiveness of Cherokee Federal’s total rewards portfolio, including compensation, benefits, retirement, leave, wellness, recognition, and related regulatory compliance.
