Position summary The Director of Global HR Systems & Analytics leads the global HR technology, analytics, and insights agenda for the company’s HR ecosystem. This role owns the strategy, roadmap, governance, and optimization of core HR platforms, while advancing a more integrated people data capability inclusive of AI-enabled automation, dashboards, self-service reporting, and actionable workforce insights. The leader ensures scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions across regions and business units, with particular emphasis on Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and the broader LVMH group.
