Job Description: The role The Analytics Director leads an analytics sub-department made up of multiple squads. You manage, mentor, and motivate the team; align them with collaborators across data science, engineering, product, clinical, and market operations; and create a data strategy that treats data as a key asset — fostering data-informed decision-making through scalable, product-first analytics.
