ABOUT THE ROLE The Legal Counsel (Real Estate & Development) role will provide legal support across the company’s Data Center and Energy Infrastructure portfolio. This is a hands-on, high-volume role focused on the front end of the development lifecycle: site control, diligence, and deal execution. You will work directly with our development, operations, asset management, energy origination and strategic financing teams, serving as their primary legal counterpart.
