ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS • Build and maintain streaming and replication pipelines (CDC, Kafka, Materialize) that move data reliably from source systems into the platform. • Manage schemas, topics, and data contracts (Schema Registry, Protobuf/Avro) to keep producers and consumers consistent and governed. • Provision and manage infrastructure as code (Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker) across shared environments. • Configure clusters, access controls, and role-based permissions for shared platform resources. • Own CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling (GitHub Actions) so teams can ship safely and quickly. • Build monitoring, alerting, and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, PagerDuty) to catch...
