Job Description • Respond to assigned Support requests within established guidelines. • Install and support servers, troubleshoot system outages, performance issues, and equipment failures. • Manage, and maintain corporate infrastructure including end user workstations • Evaluate user needs by attending meetings and monitoring support requests. • Create proposals or quotes in support of facilitating purchase of equipment and software. • Maintain accurate physical asset inventory records • Other duties as assigned.
