Job Description What You’ll Do 1. Provide on-site technical support for Dell PowerEdge and other enterprise server hardware 2. Diagnose and resolve server hardware failures and system issues to minimize customer downtime 3. Perform hands-on hardware installation, removal, replacement, and repair, including: 1. Memory/DIMMs 2. CPUs/processors 3. Power supplies 4. Fans and cooling components 5. Hard drives/SSDs 6. RAID/HBA components 7. NICs and other PCIe components 8. GPUs and accelerator hardware 9.
