About the role The Director of Tenant Fit-Out (TFO) is responsible for leading the delivery of customer data center deployments from initial design through construction, commissioning, and final handoff. This role would be the executive owner of all customer fit-outs after lease execution, responsible for delivering revenue-generating data hall deployments safely, on time, on budget, and at scale. The Director oversees white space buildouts, cage installations, structured cabling, rack deployments, and mission-critical infrastructure projects while ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to customer requirements.
