Duties and Responsibilities: • Operate a straight/heavy truck or tractor-trailer to transport equipment • Plan and perform the loading and unloading of equipment in a safe manner • Secure load with appropriate rope, chains and binders, etc. as required by DOT and/or state laws • Complete pre and post-trip inspections to check for mechanical and safety issues • Basic truck maintenance such as fueling, checking fluid levels and addressing minor mechanical issues • Forklift operation • Safety training as required by position • Paperwork filing and maintenance as needed • Perform other duties as assigned Essential Education and Qualifications: • Must be eligible to drive a company vehicle •...
