Job Description Required Skill Set • 7+ Years of IT experience with 4+ years in BPM • Must have the experience of working with Appian. • Has to be hands on (able to code), with experience in designing complex BPM solutions, code reviews and design refactoring • Has led teams of 4-10 people and implemented BPM projects end-to-end • Proven process mapping, process improvement, BPM design skills.
