Job Description Company Job Description/Day to Day Duties: Bi-lingual Member Enrollment Reps here will be taking inbound and outbound calls to existing Humana members who are pre-identified as potential candidates for Humana’s Care Management program. Candidates will be responsible for explaining Humana’s Care Program and enrolling the members who are interested. They will be speaking with potential members and entering relevant information at the same time so make sure they’re able to multi-task.
