The Data Licensing & Technology Transactions Attorney ("Attorney") will be primarily responsible for supporting SEI business, technology, operations, procurement, data governance and product teams in the review, negotiation and administration of a broad range of commercial transactions. The Attorney will work with business stakeholders and senior members of the Legal Department in connection with agreements involving technology, data, software, professional services and strategic third-party relationships while helping to ensure compliance with SEI's contractual, regulatory and third-party risk management obligations.
