The Regeneron Genetic Center's (RGC) Genome Informatics team is looking for an Associate Manager of Sequencing Informatics Research to serve as the lead scientist and developer for the RGC’s Sequencing Informatics research initiatives. This individual will contribute to development and design of sequencing informatics methods and protocols for new and existing multi-omics platforms, including PacBio, Illumina, Olink, and Ultima. These efforts will be driven by the goal to maximize value from RGC samples and data.
