Job Description The overall objective of this engagement is to develop an integrated Excel based financial and activity budget and forecasting model that streamlines the reporting process, reduces staff time in updating and producing reports, ties directly to program activities, reconciles to State financial accounting formats, and enables “what if”/scenario analysis among other functionalities.
