Job Description The Department of Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Science at Augsburg University invites applications for adjunct faculty positions to teach Statistics & Data Science courses in 2026. Responsibilities include teaching one or two sections of introductory or intermediate statistics courses in the Statistics and Data Science programs, such as DST 164 Introduction to Statistics (with R) or DST 334 Statistical Modeling. This search will establish a “pool” of instructors if such openings occur during Fall of 2026 or Spring of 2027. Applicants may be selected from this pool on an as-needed basis throughout the year.
