What You'll Do

Translate Product strategies into user stories that operations, developers, and QA can act on, supported by wireframes, data flows, and workflow models
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and make sure the product meets customer expectations
Manage and prioritize the backlog with the Product Manager, keeping it aligned to the Roadmap
Evaluate options with developers and architects, accounting for software limitations
Analyze business models and data flows, and share findings with Operations, Product, and Engineering
Help design efficient, cost-effective solutions and migrations to new platforms
Deliver functional and non-functional requirements, data models, data dictionaries, and migration mapping
Contribute to user manuals
Support BMI's Core Values and a culture of diversity and inclusion

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years of product owner experience
2+ years on agile/scrum teams
Experience writing user stories and prototyping UI requirements
SQL, ER diagram, and data analysis skills (strongly preferred)
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
Strong organization, attention to detail, and critical thinking
Flexibility with changing priorities and a customer-service mindset
Ability to build collaborative relationships at all levels

Compensation$100,000-$140,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role may also be eligible for incentives, benefits, and other rewards as part of BMI's total rewards package.Location: Remote- US
