Position: Software Engineering Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $70–$150/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Write engineering problems from systems you have shipped, including requirements, constraints, and failure modes. Grade model-written code and design for edge case handling, complexity justification, and test effectiveness. Flag where a model's code passes review but would fail in production due to concurrency, scale, error handling, or operational costs. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance . Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance training data quality and downstream performance. Qualifications Must-Have Professional experience building and shipping software. Clear written communication skills. Comfort with ambiguous tasks and willingness to flag unclear instructions. Preferred Experience with React , TypeScript , Next.js , Java , Go , Node.js , Android , iOS . Skills in DevOps , platform engineering, systems and performance engineering, QA , automation, and security engineering.
