It has about 110 people, including roughly 20 engineers, and has raised a $60M Series B. The Role Rilla is hiring software engineers (1-3 years) who architect and ship features across the stack at high speed, building end-to-end workflows, taking them to production and solving real-world problems at scale. As an early technical steward you will raise the bar for code quality and decision-making, and your scope will grow as fast as the company. What You Will Do Build high-quality products very fast across React, React Native, TypeScript and Python. Build new features from scratch as the technical roadmap moves forward. Talk with customers and build solutions for their real problems with minimal explicit planning. Set a high bar for code quality and technical decisions as the engineering team scales. Help recruit future engineers.
