The Role Superblocks is hiring a Software Engineer (2+ years) to join a small, elite team building a frontier AI coding agent that lets non-engineers create production-grade enterprise software. You will work directly with the CTO (a former founding engineer at Confluent) on making AI agents accurate, safe and production-ready at scale, as roughly 5% of the engineering team with major ownership. What You Will Do Build an AI continuous-learning system with short-term memory, persistent memory and organizational knowledge graphs, so the agent becomes an expert on each customer's data. Build AI coding agents that generate, run, debug and test code, handling failures and feedback loops. Design new human-AI interactions and feedback loops for enterprise users. Build centralized governance for apps, workflows, agents, secrets and policies. Solve problems at the intersection of agentic AI, security and distributed systems at global scale.
