General Requirements Diploma in equivalent field Excellent communication skills both spoken and written Experience in related field Ability to conduct research into software-related topics and products. Hardworking with the capacity to work long and odd hours Job Specification Experience in PHP programming language, MySQL, Javascript, HTML5 and CSS3. Experience in ReactJS or Flutter will be an additional benefit. Perform analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvements. Ensure effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications Provide and plan training to new users on how to use new features Consult with software development and operational team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance. Establish the root causes of application errors, and escalate serious concerns to the Manager, Application Support and Application Support Team Leader. Keep a record of configuration changes and scheduling development updates. Document processes and monitor change requests.
