Our client is operating an AI-powered asset management solution platform. Their IoT sensors bring data from connected assets into the cloud, where AI and analytics are applied to maximize their performance. They are a global company, headquartered in Calgary with a presence across North America, the UK and continental Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and China. They seek a Software Engineer to be part of a fast-growing technology development team working closely with fellow team members in seven countries who are changing the way the world’s most critical energy infrastructure is managed. Responsibility:  Full-stack software development of web and mobile applications using Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, SQL Server, JavaScript/jQuery) Enhance, maintain, and support existing web and mobile application products Improve and support RESTful APIs for existing products Assist in design and development of new web/mobile applications Engage in product testing Requirements:  Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or related discipline, or a combination of related experience 1 to 2 years+ of related software developer work experience. Open to new graduates with technical course work using JavaScript Familiar with Microsoft Visual Studio and Microsoft SQL Serve Understand web application development Proficient in server-side development such as ASP.NET, MVC, C#, SQL queries, and strong client-side scripting such as JavaScript and jQuery Familiar with Xamarin.Forms, Restful API architecture and .NET Core [nice to have] What’s next?
