What You'll Be Doing:

As a Software Analyst at Reach-U, you will play a crucial role in understanding our software systems, analyzing complex data, and providing valuable insights to drive informed decision-making and product enhancements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating closely with product owners, software developers, and key stakeholders to translate complex business needs into clear, concise, and actionable software requirements.

• Analyzing existing systems and datasets to identify functional improvements and define architecture for new features.

• Defining and documenting functional and non-functional requirements, creating user stories, use cases, process flows, and system integration specs.

• Acting as the vital communication bridge between customer expectations and engineering execution.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

• A solid background as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Software Analyst, or in a closely related role.

• A detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to dig deep into complex datasets and systems.

• The ability to articulate technical concepts effortlessly to both technical developers and non-technical stakeholders.

• Practical experience with requirements gathering, wireframing/mapping, and documentation best practices.

• Excellent English and Estonian proficiency (written & spoken).

Bonus Points For:

• Hands-on experience with data visualization, BI tools, or SQL querying.

• The ability to dig into unstructured datasets and discover actionable business value.

• A background or prior experience in software development, QA engineering, data engineering, or BI.

• A genuine passion for keeping up to date with new technologies and analysis methodologies.
