Senior Software Engineer (SF paraform)

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 4+ years of experience to help build the foundation for the next era of enterprise AI. You are a hungry, autonomous full-stack developer who thrives on ambiguity and is obsessed with making customers happy. You'll be one of the first engineers at a fast-growing seed-stage startup that is redefining how organizations interact with AI across 40+ enterprise apps. You'll have the opportunity to shape early technical architecture decisions and establish engineering culture from the ground up. Role Details Location San Francisco, CA Atlanta, GA Work Model Full-time On-site (office-based) - 3 times per week Salary USD 180,000–200,000 per year Equity Competitive equity package, benchmarked by Carta at the 80th–90th percentile for startups based on the role, location, and experience level. Building and shipping across the full stack — from deep AI systems (context graphs, model routing) to traditional application code Guiding early technical architecture decisions that will scale as the company grows Leveraging AI aggressively in your own workflow to maximize velocity and output Mentoring junior engineers and establishing the engineering culture at Coworker Collaborating with the product team to craft vision, strategy, and roadmap while pushing the frontier of what's possible with Enterprise AI Tech stack GoLang, TypeScript, Python, AI/LLMs, Knowledge,Graphs Recruitment Process Short AI interview or with a recruiter from agency regarding experience Initial Screen – 30 minutes Introductory interview to discuss your background, motivation, and overall fit for the role. Technical Interview – 60 minutes In-depth discussion of your technical experience, coding skills, and relevant technologies. System Design / Architecture Interview – 60 minutes Assessment of your ability to design scalable systems, make architectural decisions, and solve complex engineering problems. Team / Culture Interview – 45 minutes Conversation focused on collaboration, communication style, and cultural fit with the team. Final Interview with Alex (CEO) – 30 minutes Final discussion with the CEO covering your experience, motivation, and alignment with the company's vision.
